Patagonia's Argus<\p>
Argus has a gorgeous fleece that is extremely dense and exhibits a very consistent, high-frequency crimp. At the Alpaca Sweepstakes, he was judged in the light color class, so included colors other than grey. The judge from Peru commented on the extreme density that he has for a grey colored alpaca. His dam was one of our best grey females (show record: Color Champion IAO 2003, Color Champion Alpacapalooza 2003. R. Color Champion GWAS 2004, R. Color Champion All-American Futurity 2003, 1st place IAO 2003, 1st place Alpacapalooza 2003, 1st place NAAS 2004, 1st place AAF 2003, 2nd place Mapaca 2003, 2nd place All-American Futurity 2004). Argus’ sire, Kaspa is a 6X grey champion. We repeated the Bohemia x Kaspa breeding 4 times each resulting in outstanding offspring.
