2010 Parade of Champions Auction
The Parade of Champions Auction is held annually over the 4th of July and is sponsored by three of the West Coast's leading alpaca breeders: Alpacas de la Patagonia, Crescent Moon Alpacas and Pacific Crest Alpacas. We hope that you will join us July 2-4 in Hillsboro Oregon to celebrate!

Welcome to the Alpacas de la Patagonia Website. Proprietors, Karen Byram and Hugo Ulloa would like to invite you to pay a visit to their magical world of alpacas.

Our goal is to breed conformationally correct, fine-fleeced alpacas in a wide spectrum of colors. We have extensive experience raising alpacas in Chile, their native home. We bring this unique perspective to North America and are happy to share it with others. One of the most important aspects of our business is to help new alpaca breeders get started and to provide them with continuous support and education in their alpaca endeavors. Have a look around our site and enjoy. If you would like to get your hands in the soft fleeces of our alpacas, we hope you will consider a visit to our farm. We look forward to receiving your questions and comments.

UPDATE ON THE EARTHQUAKE IN CHILE - Thank you so much to all of those that have inquired about Hugo's family and farm in Chile.  They were far enough away from the epicenter that they were not affected directly by the quake.  Hugo is  devestated by what is going on in his country and asks that you keep the people of Chile in your thoughts and prayers as he  tries to make sense of this tragedy.
