Kala has a rich, red-hued fleece that is soft and fine. She is sired by Vinci, a blue-ribbon winning white herdsire out of our black Nishio. Vinci is the full brother to Patagonia’s Solstice, a brown full-Chilean female, who was awarded the FEMALE SUPREME CHAMPION at the 2006 International Alpaca Odyssey. Kala is bred to Patagonia’s El Vasco, our top Neruda son. Kala produced a gorgeous El Vasco female cria in 2009 and we plan to repeat that breeding in 2010.
